The CHATS on Applied Superconductivity Workshop was organized by the West Pomeranian University of Technology (Szczecin, Poland) and held at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics on 9-12th July 2019.

The Workshop was the thirteenth of the series.

The CHATS-AS 2019 workshop counted 39 participants and 31 oral presentations and discussions in the customary format and atmosphere, with ample time for discussion. A total of eight sessions covered a large spectrum of topics: Experimental results supporting models (Session 1), Electromechanical modeling (Session 2), Electromagnetics (Session 3), Thermo-hydraulics and cryogenics (Session 4), Electro-thermal modeling (Session 5), Multiphysics modeling of superconducting devices (Session 6), Quench in HTS conductors (Session 7) and Quench and thermo-hydraulics in LTS conductors (Session 8).
